Had someone come out to “fix” our garage door and he left it worse off. Called the owner to have it fixed, he got our details and I never heard back from him.We ended up calling Craig at The Gararge Door Repairman - he fixed our door and was very reasonably priced.

Person who came and fixed the door was fine and did the job. The person who provided the quote however did explain that the faulty remote would be covered under warranty". I was then charged for this. Called up and the company to be speak to a person was extremely rude. Honestly wouldn't use them again."

Poor service i had a warranty claim and they wanted to charge me for instillation and a 150 service fee anually dont use them there dodgy rip offs and if you complain they just hang up on you

Had this company come out to my old place. You get what you pay for. No wonder they are the cheapest on the market. Don't be fooled by the price. Left my door in worse condition than before. Refund was refused and I had to get another company to come out and fix it.
