First of all for transparency, I am an employee of Crystele Homes. However, I did recently have my new home built by Daniel and the team. It was actually an amazing learning experience to go through the process as a client! I honestly can't fault the finished product. My kids love the new house, we've had no problems with it and I would do it again in a heartbeat. #lovemycrystelehome

Fantastic! So thankful to have moved into our first home in time for Christmas! This team is incredible - From Frank in sales, helping us find our perfect land lot to Hailey, Janey and Maria in admin for keeping us updated throughout the process and Victor on the ground, keeping everything on schedule as site supervisor. The building experience with Crystele was fantastic. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, always able to answer any questions that I had quickly and easily. The team were just great, very respectful. I'm a very happy chappy! I would definitely recommend Crystele Homes.

Very professional builder that know what they are doing. Daniel and his team handed over our duplex with the highest standards. A great company to work with that use great trades. Customer service and verbal communication over the phone wasn't the best - young bloke answers the phone and snaps at you because it wasn't his department - not sure why bother answering the phone if you're in a mood, been following up my application due to a position Crystele Homes posted on seek, wasn't very friendly or professional. Just a honest feedback - First time he had no clue, second time I called to follow up again as the gentleman clearly snapped and said it wasn't his department, Third time lucky - followed up about the position and also voiced up the customer service as well but got disregarded like I had 2 heads - super glad i didn't get the position - wasn't the friendliest people as this was obviously a difficult issue for them. I can guarantee other calls I made with other companies did not sound like this.Don't know how they are with product and builds - just a review on their professionalism and customer service. Will definitely never command them due to bad first impression already.Hoping it wasnt related to #asianhate - its very clear i have an asian name but im raised here and a proud true blue. I can say this is not acceptable coming from a customer service background, myself.Cheers.

We moved into our new Crystele designer home in October 2016 and we absolutely cannot thank the team enough for such an amazing experience!We've heard so many horror stories about how difficult building is and we always vowed we would never take that option, until we met Daniel and the team.Our dealings with Daniel have been nothing but professional and easy - from start to end no request has been too difficult and he has made everything seem like it was no problems at all.Daniel and the team have worked around the clock to make our timelines work and they have really gone the extra mile to ensure a smooth and seamless build.Everything has simply fallen into place with no stress or hassle - totally unheard of in this industry!!We are absolutely delighted with the finish and quality of the workmanship involved.They have turned our vision of a lovely house into an absolutely gorgeous home!!!

Buyers beware. We had a house and land package with them. Once we placed the initial deposit they had told us that the price had increased.buyers beware. Unprofessional service.
