Everyone has been super helpful and very nice, only issue is having to do everything online. Which is really good, but when your moving and have no internet and very limited reception to try and get your entry condition report is really hard. We also made a couple of mistakes with signatures in the wrong spots when signing the lease and we weren't able to make changes.

The apartment was nice, the letting agent seemed nice, but the agency practices make you stare wistfully at the rta website and say I wish, would avoid even if the place you’re trying to rent seems just right.

By far the worst realestate I have dealed with to date. They never respond to emails, EVER.When rent was raised they didn't update their system for ages, therefore putting us in arrears.If you want a realestate who takes care of their clients this is NOT IT!!!

Jody Proud is the property manager for our rental property. She is so professional and keeps us updated always on what is going on with the house. Which for us is essential as we live interstate. She always goes above and beyond for the owners and tenants. We have recently been renovating the property and without her it would not have been possible. I would recommend Jody Proud to manager anyone’s rental properties. Jody is friendly and so easy to talk to and extremely professional and sort any issues out quickly weather it for us the owners or our tenants. We have rented our property out now for over 10 years and Jody Proud is the best property manager we have ever had.

Highly recommend. Bonita has been amazing in finding us a tenant in less than a week. The whole process was seamless and she did a great job.

No the greatest company when it comes to booking a viewing properties that are apparently available on their website.Registered and all, even confirmed on the morning of the day via there email. Went to the viewing on the property and waited , no one turned up. Rang them and the property was already leased. And i took time away from work to view the property following their viewing terms.

The single most dishonest, unhelpful & unprofessional nest of wasps I've ever had the displeasure of working with.Absolutely refuse to help unless they think they can get money out of you, almost always late & caught out lying constantly.I feel sorry for the receptionists that must copp all the flak from decisions they had no hand in.Avoid at all costs if you can.

Amazing service. I highly recommend Bonita Ryan. She has been absolutely brilliant.
