O'Brien® AutoGlass Meadowbrook

Great meet & greet staff & mechanics communicated well. Sadly recalibration was delayed due to damage on reinstall of part. A genuine mishap & still to be fixed (waiting on part).

Jury is still out. Five weeks to get my windscreen which I understand was not their problem, however, on the day my windscreen was replaced, door was damaged, dash-cam was broken. I’m still chasing down repairs and yes, I’m frustrated.

Replaced windscreen on Good Friday in just over an Ihour and calibrated my cameras and censors. Outstanding service. 5☆

Had my windscreen replaced with my insurance and the whole process was so quick and easy. There was a lovely lady who I spoke with on my first visit to check if the windscreen could be repaired and again when I had the car booked in 2 days later to have it replaced. The job was finished earlier than expected as well. Very professional service.

Painless and efficient. Went at booked time to replace front windscreen. Did it in under their quoted 2.5hrs. Nice comfy waiting facilities upstairs with free coffee and wifi. Waiting area also overlooks the workshop and you get great views through the glass. Fast turn around time too of a week despite needing to order in parts. My windscreen had a dashcam and wiring installed and they were able to flawlessly put it back into place with some spare adhesive and clips I brought along (They will supply generic double sided tape even if you don't). Replaced windscreen. Easy booking, easy parking. Ready in 2 hours great job, great customer service at drop off. Pick up the 2 guys did not greet acknowledge or get up when we entered so we waited 10 minutes or so then politely enquired paid and left. Apart from service at end it was a wonderful experience. Recommend.

Would've been a five star if it wasn't for the poor workmanship.1/1 star for friendly staff, 1/1 star for nice customer lounge, 0/3 star for the quality of work.Windscreen was not in centre (side gaps not even) and paint around it scratched.Staff promised to rectify it but will have to come back another time.Leaving a 2/5 star review for this encounter but will update once I hear back from them.------Update 06/12/2021------Came back for another round, still great customer service and facility, scratches fixed, readjusted windscreen much better now. For this encounter I'd give a full 5 star, hence I'm changing my previous rating. Still could be better if things were done right the first time but I guess nothing's perfect, at least they have the positive attitude regarding negative feedback.
