KIK Therapy Mackay (Occupational Therapist)

I had a Functional Assessment done by an OT there. During the assessment, she briefly asked some questions. The appointment was for around an hour and a half.When looking over the drafts, there was a lot of things she never even touched on in the appointment.In areas she didn’t ask about, the information was incorrect in the report.I had to provide further information, as the OT never asked any questions further to our appointment.I wouldn’t recommend them at all.
