Great restaurant. The owner, Elia was so welcoming and made our experience unforgettable. This is the type the type of place that makes the Central Coast so special. Just launched the winter menu too - see photos.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars.This is the kind of place that makes me wish I was a local. The food was outstanding and the service was friendly and welcoming.I read some of the other reviews before I came. To those who say the pizza is burnt"... it's woodfired

Soooo yummy! Some of the best wood fire pizza around. Definitely eat in to experience the pizzas fresh! The truffle mushroom was delicious. As well as the garlic bites! My only qualm is that there’s no heaters outside during winter, but a warm jacket and BYO blanket did the trick.

A traditional Italian pizzeria with authentic and delicious pizza. The hosts are extremely friendly, warm and welcoming. The pizzas (especially the mushroom and truffle oil) are next level, easily the best pizza in the area.If staying nearby or just want a delicious dinner, check them out. You will not be disappointed.

We had such a delightful evening at Sorrento! It felt like I was back in Italy eating pizza! It was so light and tasty, stone cooked to perfection!The service was incredible, with a lovely warm atmosphere that made you feel right at home!

Best pizza I’ve had. Mushroom truffle, garlic bites and a red goes down very well. Owner is a legend. Nice quiet outdoor area with good music. Got a little sad when I finished my pizza. Can’t wait to come back

Best pizza on the coast! So tasty! Amazing service too! Restaurant full of people but we felt like we were VIP’s with the service we got. Kids had a great time too and want to come back next week!

Sorrento Pizzeria Empire Bay
Despite all the other 5-star reviews, sadly Sorrento Pizzeria sits firmly on the bottom of the rung of pizzerias in the area for me (compared to Nero's, La Fiamma, Tropicana and Lagune).It wasn't inedible by any means but rather disappointingly average. The restaurant was also very loud and echoey with the three other seated tables all talking in the small restaurant that I couldn't converse comfortably with my partner. Each to their own!
