I have to say I’m really disappointed, I purchased a ring for my partner a month or so ago for her birthday and the initial transaction was really awesome - the manager was great and very helpful. However when I picked the ring up after it was resized it was put in a paper box with a bow on it. When I returned to the store to ask if it could be put in a proper ring box that snaps open and shut, I was told they only do that for engagement rings.. like what?! Considering it’s worth hundreds of dollars this surprised me greatly as even chains like Prouds will provide a ring box for a ring??? Ridiculous. Really annoyed by this, seems stingey and unnecessary.

Terrible customer service dropped a limited edition one per shop longines watch in for battery replacement $80 minimum charge has to be sent to Melbourne only to be told water ingress as I live in Queensland with high humidity $440 to repair watch had never been worn still had all the stickers on it watch returned unrepaired at my request minus stickers not one care given legal action to follow

The staff were helpful but not pushy which is rare these days! In particular I want to thank Katerina who helped me choose a watch for my partner. I didn't know much about watches and was very indecisive, but Katerina was patient and knowledgable. I would shop there again for sure.

I recently bought a watch from Salera's Garden City and the experience was fantastic. Josie in particular was great - she's super friendly and helpful and really knows her watches! You'll find a higher level of quality watches & jewellery here vs other shops and I highly recommend it if you're looking for something nice. I'll definitely be back.
