Dealing with Mark, Linda & Mohammed has made this a very streamlined and easy installation for what could have been very confusing and stressful. I definitely recommend the PowerHouse team.

The installation team were very professional and courteous with a great attitude and work ethic. The whole job was completed and operating on the day and continues to exceed my expectations. Power House will be at the top of my recommendation list to anyone requiring a solar system to be installed.

My experience with powerhouse solar has been great right from the beginning, my first inverter was faulty on the day of install and the team was able to have it replaced the next day even though it was a public holiday. Mohammed came out and set up my WiFi on all 3 devices of mine and explained what everything meant. Overall the entire experience with powerhouse has been great and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking at getting solar.

I recently had some terrible trouble getting a Solar system installed through a company called PowerVault. James from PowerHouse Solar was able to come and complete the job for me despite having issues with PowerVault himself.My system is now fully up and running. Thanks guys!

Powerhouse solar were very easy to deal with and had friendly customer service, they responded to my requests on time and provided honest advice. i would totally recommend them to anyone who is considering a solar system. they also sent out someone to set up my WiFi on my phone and computer, i can now monitor my production and see if my system is working fine.

Ahmad came out to my house and explained how everything works in detail to me, also he really looked after me with the price and gave me a top quality fronius inverter. The installers were really professional and did a great job. They also sent out a gentleman to set up our wifi monitoring,he was really good at explaining how it all works and set it up across all our devices. i will definitely be recommending powerhouse solar to family and friends.

James Thomas was an ex employee from this company who used company email and and bank account name but his bsb and bank account details put in the contract.He advised me to transfer the contract to his company which is Sunspark Solar Services. I was thinking that the money that i deposited into was for Powerhouse Solar and Batteries bank account. But then was advised by Mustafa from Powerhouse Solar & battery that, the account in the contract was James Thomas's.Took $2600 deposit without providing any products and services. even NSW fair trading called him to resolve the issue but he still didnt not refund. I am taking him to court for further action. Will provide any evidences if needed. alsoJAMES THOMAS IS UNLICENSED TO PERFORM ANY ELECTRICAL WORK, IF HE DID, please get your solar system checked asap.

Wow !! Mohammed is a genius, he set up our computer system on his laptop and we could see our usage from solar and also what we were sending back to the grid. Mohammed also set up the App on our phones {Samsung & I Phone} , fantastic result and very much appreciated the customer service back up from Powerhouse. Now a happy customer.
