The just-in chicken burger is just phenomenal. I come here every few days. Staff are friendly and efficient. I think they may have already recognised me as the Falafel obsessed customer lol. I always take few along my lunch to make my own Falafel sandwiches for dinner at home.

Sensational chicken, but why is the difference between take away and eat in $3.50 for a quarter chicken and $9 for a whole chicken when they give you the same amount of bread and pickles??? Ask them for water and they’ll give you a polystyrene cup to fill at the hand wash. Shame cos I talked them up to my family (downgraded from 5 stars)

Wasted $45 on the dried chicken tonight I've ever tasted, my Julo chicken burger had the smallest piece of dried chicken fillet that didn't even taste like chicken it was just all bread and sauce and my half a chicken pack was worse... dry dry dry ... won't be wasting my money here again

Best charcoal chicken in the area and the chips are the best, would go just for the chips! Good consistent quality. It is almost always busy, very popular place. Only complaint is that sometimes the food is extremely salty and perhaps a little too much chicken salt on the chips but you can also always request less salt.

I had been eating here for many yearsHadn’t had good experience every time though.This time they went a bit more than usual.I ordered 2 whole chicken/ bread/ large salad/ large chips to feed family.While getting the order, the lady didn’t mention they had family meal deal, which is just what I ordered plus 1.25l drink. I found it out while waiting for the food.Yeah it’s my bad I should have studied their menu better but hey, maybe this is the time for the good customer service shines. Make a customer smile and making another loyal customer.Also, they lost my order ticket and sent out all the customers came after me, I was like, yeah they got burgers and small orders da da da.. but when they had cut two chicken and called different number I was like what the heck..?They lost my order and skipped it.Now, they lost a customer and many other I could have brought in.

Charcoal chicken is the star of the show. Their chips also have chicken salt and it's everything. Gets busy as, evening times. Worth it. Parking just round the corner during peak times, or on road outside all other times. Their coleslaw deserves a mention too.

Worst Lebanese food I’ve ever eaten.Falafels were dry and the mix was sour as in rotting. Chips dry, cold and tasted like they were cooked hours ago. Chicken cold and dry with no flavourFatoush wasn’t dressed and served without crisp bread.Absolutely a waste of money.The women on the phone couldn’t be bothered and got argumentativeTold me to contact Uber!Horrible food made by people that don’t have a clue.

This incredible charcoal chicken takeaway restaurant serves the Inner West with absolute quality. We are always pleased with the consistency and quality everytime we order food. There is always something for everyone on their menu. The shop itself is neat, up-to-date and quite welcoming. Roger and the team always reach it to welcome their customers and go beyond in service. The chicken burgers rock! You can never go wrong with the family deal as it is an incredible deal that feeds the family with some left overs. I truly believe Anars is a special haven within our reach serving quality food made with love. Highly recommended to all and I am glad to call this place home.
