We said goodbye to my dear Mum today and couldn't have done better than with Macarthur Lady Funerals. Ann-Narelle and her team know their business well and I have zero hesitation in saying that if you are in that horrible situation of needing to say goodbye to a loved one, make an appointment and see what they can do for you. I found every step of the process to be flawless and simple, and took a lot of pressure off our family.

My son's wife Brenda Fay Beauchamp, died too soon, on the 23rd January 2021,only 48 years young, so suddenly and without warning. My son Paul and his three girls arranged the funeral and service with Macarthur Lady Funerals. I have been to myriad of funerals in my life, but this was the best ever, the service at Gledswood was very good. The Ladies could not do enough to help make this a wonderful send off. The Doves given one each to Paul and his girls to fly off -made it easier as the white hearse drove away to the cremation. Thank you Ladies, you showed great empathy. Both my wife and I have had our planned pre-paid funeral with Macarthur Lady Funerals done many years ago, if our funerals are as good as our daughter's Brenda, we will be able to rest in peace, when God calls for us. Sadly none of us will ever get over Brenda's sudden death. Gone Too Soon."

Faultless !! Absolutely amazing during the saddest time of our lives. Michelle was so comforting and nice she made everything just so effortless, she was there for us 24/7 . I couldn't have wished for a better place for my Son. She listened to everything I what I wanted and the funeral was just beautiful in every way.
