Redback Web Solutions Brisbane

I have sent multiple requests for assistance over the last 6 months with no response. This company does not respond to requests.

I have written a ticket, tried to call the 1300 number 8 times today, and also tried to have an online 'chat' that basically was answered initially - i explained my issue and then that was it. Horrendous support. I am looking at moving to another company. 2 years ago I had major issues when domain needed renewing and now the same thing even though account paid 16 days before expiry. Very dissapointed

Impossible to get support. Emailed, phoned & logged ticket via portal.Provided detailed information about issue, steps taken to resolve/identify only to receive no response.Tying support via phone, person on reception almost seemed offended that I wanted to speak to support after explaining I had already logged a support ticket over a week ago with no reply. The solution was still to log a ticket.The support/account portal itself worked well, just a problem that I could get no response at all.I gave up as weeks turned into months. My ticket never did receive a response. Services were migrated to another provider and problem being experienced went away.

Worst service that I have ever received. Would not return phone calls. Redback web solutions is a complete scam of a company that give Web Designers a bad name. They would not release my EPP code which Steve had illegally put into his own name. I had to get solicitors involved due to his dodgy practices and thousands of dollars stolen from my account. I would avoid at all costs!!!

Am sure they are generally very good but have emailed twice and rung 3 times to ask for access to a business domain have been told 3 times I will be called back but nothing has eventuated yet - looking forward to progressing the issue as need to manage a business transition.

24 / 7 support is false - don't even answer phone calls during business hours. No wonder you disabled reviews on your facebook page.

No website running for 2 years or more and still expect payment what a joke this company is and finally they reply to an email after the same period. if I could post negative stars I would DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

We have been using Redback for our hosting and site maintenance now for a number of years and I can say the service has been first class. We currently have 5 sites managed with no downtime in the last 2 years that I can remember. The response to maintenance requests has been super fast. Thanks again.
