Mum was travelling alone in Darwin and became quite ill with covid. Unable to help herself, and with no one to help her. It was quite stressful. Andrea was amazing. Helped me order the right medicines over the phone and made sure they got to mum's hotel. Six stars. Absolutely beyond expectations!

I was on holidays when a chronic (and painful) condition I have, flared up. Of course I didn’t have my medication nor a prescription on me.The Pharmacist was pleasant and extremely helpful who went above and beyond to help me have a script filled by obtaining the script from my current pharmacist interstate. Your kindness and efficiency whilst dealing with the rest of your workload was very much appreciated. Thank you.

Terrible customer service experience. Management is shocking!I've never been so insulted by staff nor management ever.Their head office is also terrible at returning calls and responding to emails.I'd give 0 stars if i could.*Edit: in reply to your response.There was no need to investigate this issue AT ALL. The CCTV review" and "head office investigation" would have cost more in man hours than just approving the refund.The item i had purchased literally 2 minutes before i returned to your store was dirty and used!!!Store credit is not an outcome i'm happy to accept in this instance as i don't feel comfortable returning to your store.Your response is this matter is patronising and is NOT appreciated.It is NOT OK to treat your customers like this....."
