I stumbled across Pink Carat, was impressed by the small window display so went into the store and was greeted by the lovely Debbie.I was in the market to upgrade my wedding rings but wanted something unique as I'm not a fan of most traditional settings. Debbie ran out the back once she knew I wanted something a little different and brought out this bridal set. Complete with an kite cut garnet engagement ring, wedding and eternity bands - it was love at first sight.Debbie was not pushy at all and made the process so simple. Once the deposit was placed, the team were able to make sure the rings were ready by the weekend.Will most certainly be back.

I have a bracelet given to me by my mum whom is no longer with us and after years of wear, it broke on the weekend. I popped into Pink Carat as they are close to home and was greeted by Debbie who was absolutely lovely, and whilst helping me arrange a repair (which was to take a couple of weeks), noticed my rings were in need of a bit of a clean. I ended up having them re-coated/polished - a process that only took 24 hours and upon picking up my rings, also got my bracelet back 2 weeks earlier than expected and probably in the best condition it has been in for many years. Great service, super friendly staff, very conveniently located - highly recommend and will definitely go back for any future needs.

I came in to order an engagement ring and they effortlessly helped me find clarity for what I wanted without any sales pressure.Not only is the team down to earth and friendly to deal with, they completed my order with only 2 weeks notice! I thought it was far fetched to find the perfect engagement ring on such short notice, but Pink Carat pulled through!I got my partners ring size wrong so after the engagement we went back to get it re-sized.We were initially quoted a 2 week wait before we could get the ring back, but after only just 2 hours we received a call from a lovely team member who took it upon herself to re-size it instantly for us!Need I mention that the ring was an exquisite craft? Incredible piece perfect for my budget.By far the best jewellers in Adelaide. I will be a life long customer for sure - we’ve already come back for our wedding rings next!

I had a custom wedding band made by Pink Carat to match my slightly unusual vintage engagement ring. Deb helped me design it and Bevan built it (and I appreciate it was a difficult ring to make due to having baguette diamonds in a rounded band!).I absolutely love my ring and how it compliments the art deco design of my engagement ring- but with a slightly modern edge (something old, something new).The design process was pretty uncomplicated and easy. Debbie was lovely and clearly knowledgeable about what she does. It was completed quickly/on time without any issues.I should mention my husband also had a simple wedding band made and is also very happy with his.Definitely recommend. Thanks Pink Carat x
