I got twice with marine equipment malfunctioning and out of warranty. I contacted Aqua Blue, the team helped me figured out the specific replacement I need and delivered overnight. Amazing service.

Just terrible service. It’s was very difficult to get them to repair my Ecotech pump which was under warranty. Gave me the run around for ages, had to get my lfs to help me in the end. You just expect better service when you spend thousands on Ecotech.

Best distributor, ever. Sent them my faulty AI Hydra 52 HD light on Wednesday, brand new replacement arrived home on Friday. Also, email response was extremely quick, director responded right back in 5 to 10 min everytime.Great, quick and best service, would recommend to everyone 10/10!!!

I recently bought a new AI Prime HD Freshwater from an Australian retailer, and when the light arrived it was making a buzzing/humming noise, that I didn't think was right for a premium product like this. I contacted AI Support (in the US) directly, and they said I had to speak to Aqua Blue as the Australia distributor...I thought, here we go.I was easily able to speak directly with Darren, the technician at Aqua Blue on the phone and he was very generous with his time and expertise, and was very knowledgeable. To save me having to post my light back to them, he took a stab at the cause of the problem and sent me a replacement part that I could fit myself, and even talked me through some of the trickier parts of the installation process. I should note that the part arrived overnight, from QLD to WA...something that people in eCommerce seem unable to do, even when paying ridiculous freight charges. Sadly, the part didn't resolve the matter, so the light had to go back for more thorough investigation. In the end, after swapping out several parts, the decision was made to send me a new light, which Darren bench-tested to ensure it wasn't exhibiting the same issue. The light arrived overnight and is working perfectly.I am so impressed with the level of knowledge of the product and the level of customer satisfaction that Darren demonstrated. Highly commendable service!!

And I wanted to thank Kelly and Tim from Apple blue for the help with fixing an issue I was having with my UV steriliser. The team at Aqua blue were very understanding, extremely communicative and they sorted out my issue. Can’t talk highly enough of their customer service. Great company to deal with.
