Great Service. Went in with my chainsaw not working prepared to book it in for repairs. They did some simple tests and got it working on the spot. Didn't charge for their time and gave me tips on how to start it in the future.

Terrible stock of basic parts sump plug and carbi not in stock, was able to go to a small private operator and grab parts off the shelf genuine parts

Been putting this off but after yet another bad experience with them, it's now long overdue! Poor customer service, mechanics never fixed the issues promptly or correctly, tell you parts will be so many days but in reality easy double or triple their eta at a minimum. Lack of parts in stock and theres no option for mechanics to service the rural area at their coolalinga store. If i could rate them lower than a 1 I definitely would. Called a dealership in Adelaide, first one i called had everything i required. In a nut shell buy a toro, much better quality machine and staff up here.

I visited the Winnellie shop yesterday and received great service from Tim. His knowledge and advice was awesome and he went above and beyond to ensure we were well informed on the products we enquired about, made suggestions that would better suit our needs and was very helpful. The service he provided was very professional. I left the shop feeling well informed and happy with the decisions made. We are long term customers and will continue our support of this great business. Thanks a lot Tim.
