The quality of their work done is amazing and the staff are very friendly. My experience was very lovely and extremely painless. My skin is usually very sensitive and sometimes can have very bad reactions towards certain waxes but the wax they used didn't cause any reactions at all. I would suggest this place to my friends for sure.

Got my eyebrow wax done here recently and had a great experience. The beautician was very nice and made my eyebrows look amazing. She was very attentive to my requests and very good customer service.

Iv been going to Jessica and her team for about 5years now and I would not go anywhere else!!To show you how good she is I travel from Liverpool to get my eye brows and facials done.The prices are great!! And the team is so friendly highly recommend you try this beauty salon..

Back wax - no wipe down after, left feeling all sticky. No soothing cream. $5 extra for back of my neck. No eftpos. Worst place I've every been to!

It was the worst experience I've ever had in a beautician. The first girl was nice, but not any good at actually being a beautician, messed up my eyebrows so I asked if they could fix them, the owner came in, she's Asian and refused to speak English to me, as English is the only language I speak I simply didn't understand what she was saying. She hit me in the chest twice and pushed me back onto the lounge in a very aggressive way. I left after she assaulted me and feel the need to warn others. VERY BAD SERVICE.

Went to get a facial done yesterday after the facial was done my skin looked worse then before I assumed that simply it was just my skin reaction and today my skin just got worse and my skin started to break out alot defienlty don't recommend

I have been a customer with Feel beautiful for so many years. I absolutely LOVE the service I receive from all the women here. NEVER has anyone been rude or have I seen anyone be rude or violent. Jessica is such a sweet lady and I refuse to let anyone do my eyebrows other than her! Anyone reading the reviews I would highly recommend this place for all your beauty needs :)

Worst place to go too. So unprofessional and they burned my arm from the wax and they ripped my skin off. I've been in so much pain all week. Never returning . Worst experience I've ever had !
