Worst customer service ever, took 4 weeks to get a 4age done , told me I could use old Pistons ,Took them to another bloke for second opinion he said there completely unserviceable ( had scratches and scrapes in and around the crown , they also supplied me with the wrong size bearings also the bore was not 100% absolute sharks.

Rang Duncan for a con rod which is hard to come by and he looked around for me. Called me back and told me who to ring directly to avoid having to pay his costs.Been ringing people all day and this is the best guy i have come across and i greatly appreciate it.Thanks Duncan.Cheers Geoff

Shocking slow and the worst communication, I put my engine block in to have 1 x sleeve replaced and 2 cylinders bored and honed. IT TOOK 5 MONTHS! excuse after excuse and they never called me I had to call them 20 times to find out what was happening. They always said the person I needed was available and when they found my name they said he would call me back and guess what? he only called once in the 5 months!!! This was the worst service I have ever encountered I'm sorry to say this but it was and there is no excuse for what happened. At the end I called them and they told me it was ready not them calling me. I just wonder how long it was ready for? Not to mention they didn't do what was asked of them and I ended up sending it somewhere else it cost me more but there was no way I was giving it back to them!!

VERY VERY expensive, Trending 200% dearer than the competition. Charged $150 to clean a part in the parts washer too. Could have bought a new part for less. Ended up costing over $900 to swap valves in a head.

I dropped off my Alfa engine at the end of April for a go over, head service, crank linish, check the liner seats in the block and deck the head surfaces.The head was finished in June, I rang and asked how long, was told roughly 3 weeks to get the bottom end done.I rang at that point and was told another week or two as staff had been off.Fine.Was rang to ask for a VRs kit…I dropped it off with the engine but checked I didn’t have it, called two days later and told they had found it.Rang after I had heard nothing and was told the cylinder boring machine had broke and a new one was on its way. 3 weeks.Rang at the 3 weeks mark and was given the same line. This is a wet liner engine for which new liners were supplied to be clear. Was told 2 weeksReceived a phone to call to check what I actually wanted done about halfway through, also asked what colour box my pistons were in because they thought they weren’t sure they had found them. Was told two weeks.Rang at two weeks, they had to make a die to get the liners out so another three weeks till I could pick it up.Had a friend pick up whatever was done up off them as I was working. it’s the end of october, block not touched. Forgot to give my friend my VRS kit and main caps (which I received in a box, unmarked so 2 and 4, god knows where they go)At this point I should’ve just bought a second hand engine and thrown it in. I’ve been coming here for almost ten years and after this experience on my personal engine, never again. Go somewhere else.

The new management is amazing couldn't ask for better customer service and the parts that I needed came in quick.They are very knowledgeable and I will definitely be doing more business with these guys!
