Office are always friendly. But on pick up the truck driver took a couple of pieces of polystyrene and a squash-able rubbish bag off the top even though we were careful to pack just to the line and he’d initially agreed to take it all. Just really annoying considering prices have gone up and how many time we’ve ordered a skip on the past and had no problems.

hired a 6m2 bin and through circumstances l had to change the pick up time about 4 times, each time Jess in the office was very understanding and super helpful, even the drivers were very courteous, l left a tarp covering the skip when l came home it was neatly folded up and tucked behind my gate. Excellent service!

Watch out for this company. If their drivers cause any damage to your property the director will promise to pay for the damages but the owner will back out when it’s time to pay. Leaving others to cover the costs for their negligence.
