Stay away from this agency, Lisa Zheng and her team are one of the worst agents you will come across, horrible service, will not meet you anywhere and make every step of the process difficult. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Worst rental experience ever. Unprofessional and abusive communication from Alan who is supposed to be the MD!!! If the MD communicates with people so horrifically, the company has no hope!! Wish I’d seen these reviews before we engaged with the agency. If you’re viewing these reviews after an awful experience (like we’ve had), I’m so sorry this has happened to you.

Absolutely garbage. Took my holding deposit, but never sent me any documents to sign, leased the apartment to someone else without letting me know in prior, and not giving my money back. Trash agency, everyone please be aware!
