There is a serious culture of bullying from staff to customers at this store. I have had staff IN FRONT OF MANAGEMENT throw my food around, another manager and staff member then had an in store friend run threw the drive thru and jump on my car whilst going into the drive thru to get the back the money they had taken via the mobile app from my bank account after refusing to serve a coffee which I then cancelled my order, they actually called Police because I refused to move off the driveway until I was refunded my money, when they stole money from me and then encouraged another to tempt to damage my car.They have offered multiple free meals for their ‘mistakes’ and never honour their promise or change their behaviour. They don’t have everything the other stores do, the staff seem to be encouraged to bully customers, particularly if they make a complaint about disgusting food and poor service. I took a video of tonight’s behaviour, it was that bad, and the bullying was as encourage by the manager of the store. The store is not the cleanest either, hence why I never go in store, the staff are immature and seem ti be encouraged to behave unprofessionally and the immaturity seems to be present in Management also. I would hate to see what they are doing to visiting tourists who are just passing through if that’s how they treat their locals community members. And obviously the parents of the staff are not much better an influence than the Management team at McDonalds.

Ordered a Regular Angus burger with Bacon for the second time in two weeks the meat was as dry as sandpaper and cold the bacon was just thrown in the box not even on the burger. I know what Angus beef should taste like not what McDonalds is serving. Never again.

1. Food tasted delicious just the burger was put together a bit sloppily so I had to fix it myself before eating.2. Visited again early-ish in the morning. We were the only customers in the store and they still made my burger with little care. I had to reconstruct it before eating, again.

Food is what you expect nothing like the TV ads and there's way to much bbq sauce put on the burgers, bathrooms definitely need a good clean didn't look like they'd been done in quite some time

Drove into Atherton for a short while and had lunch and ate in. I had a hair in my chocolate muffin. I didn't realise until I got home to Cairns. Sort of annoyed.The general upkeep to the store is lacking. In and outside tables and chairs were dirty.

Being a local, I use the drive through for fast convenience. I regularly go for coffee, but no more. It's a hit and miss with the coffee, usually a miss and many times I don't get my flavouring which I pay for. Train your staff to make coffee the same and the right way.

Absolutely horrible service, bought ice-cream and some hot water. Was then told we weren't allowed the hot water to feed our hungry 2 week old kittens asked for warm water and got the dirtiest look, service is appallin, never going there again
