Alamanda K–9 College

Best school ever,used to go here it was amazing.Teachers were so nice and amazing,definitely recommend 10/10

So I am currently a Year 9 student at Lara Secondary. But I attended Alamanda College from 2013-2021 and while I was there I had an absolutely fantastic time. Only once I left to join my new school I then realised the problem with Alamanda. The lack of testing. There is NO TESTING whatsoever. Now, the kids may think thats great, however in the long term when they graduate and go to Year 10 and have to start testing they are going to be stressed and annoyed and not have a great life. This is exactly what happens when you leave to join a new school. JOBSON OUT!

Hi! I went to this school since 2013-2018( I left sadly at the start of 2019). This school is honestly the best public school ever. It cares for the children while managing their money. The staff are very friendly and they work very hard to give their students the best education they can give. I have made everlasting friendships [miss all my friends:( ] with a bond so strong, that nothing could ever break it. Lots of memorable school trips and camps, although very expensive. Facilities are great. Co curricular activities are great. Although they should add more to facilitate the students who are into performing arts (like me). Overall an amazing school that I will always remember!

I MEAN....its not bad ig but like this one assistant principal last year was so fricking biased and the way they deal" with bullying in primary..secondary is better but like i would rather go to a diff school honestly..."

Alamanda is an okay school. its not the best, but things like exhibition, excursions & camp are fun & educational.some of the teachers here are a bit rude, like treating certain students unfairly or getting them in trouble for small things by what i have experienced. I have been at this school for 7-8 years & id say that primary school was most fun.

This is a school that I go to. It follows this awesome curriculum called the IB syllabus. TH high acheviers program really helped me to get better at my spelling, english and math. I would love to give the teachers a big Thank you for this great year. If any parents are reading this, I would highly recommend this school.

Dont get me wrong The principle and some teachers are KOOL PEOPLE AND R TEACHERS THAT I COULD REACH OUT TO IF ANYTHING EVER HAPPENED!!!!! BUT THERE ARE serious issues with the school THAT NEEDS TO BE DELT WITH. They're too lenient. Teachers have favourites Popular kids get away with serious things like skipping periods, leaving school and even fights!!! Suspensions over rubbish things and leniency over Serious problems. The colour of our socks and uniform is more important for the teachers then our own metal health. Assistant principles are the main problem tbh. Really is a school for primary NOT FOR HIGH SCHOOL! Students talk back swear hit teachers. No action is taken quickly. But still i've heard worser stories from other schools.

The school is good, many activities, but the reception service is very weak.Face to the question, they replied 'how would i know....' Not professional and well trained.

Went to this place in 2018 with my 18 y/o sister. Amazing place with them cross country thing, won the running part. My sister worked in the cafe and it was amazing. I wish to come back.

Alamanda College is very good, especially Exhibition. It is a truly special experience and provides a very great experience for all students. For grade 6 students especially, Alamanda K-9 College is a great school to attend.
