The volunteer I talked to was very helpful, patient and writing lots of notes over the phone. They were very prompt and call back within few hours. She was professional and provided me with lots of useful information that has really helped. She was empathetic to my suitiation and was relief to talk to, Brianna. Thank you

DONATE TO THIS ORGANISATION!The lovely woman who I spoke to was so understanding, patient and polite with me even though I did not show up as my best self when expressing distress over being unfairly compensated for my job. She and the lawyer she was working with went the extra mile to ensure I was well informed going into negotiations with my employer.I called on Friday afternoon and she called me back AFTER HOURS to ensure I had everything I needed and even comforted me as I cried over the phone.10/10 A+ 1000% recommend!
