Turned my eyebrows black after I specifically asked for a light shade to fit my light hair. Don’t bother going here if you’re blonde or ginger and don’t want eyebrows that are much darker than your hair. The stylist told me the colour that made my eyebrows black was the lightest that they stock. Didn’t offer a refund or anything despite the fact I left looking like Mr Bean.

Good brow technician but the Manager has an abrupt manner and when she cancelled two appointments in a row (Covid, technician away) she only offered one option for an alternative appointment time which I couldn't make. I called and messaged the salon to find an alternative appointment time but did not hear back from my polite (I had no issue at this stage) voicemails and messages. I called another salon to seek their assistance getting in touch with Amy Jean Double Bay to reschedule my appointment. Well, she obviously didn't like them knowing about her behaviour as after I next went to the salon for my appointment (and no - she didn't apologise for not being more helpful or acknowledge her lack of returning calls etc when I came in) she said to the company she was unhappy with me coming to the salon. Very unprofessional - someone who treats customers in that way should not be in a customer facing role. Very poor management all around.

I have been coming here for years and never left a review. I feel that it's time to say how amazing they are. I get mist brows done by Cayla and she is just amazing. So lovely and personable. Always does the best job. My brows look natural and beautiful once healed. I have always walked out more than happy with the results and will definitely be a customer for life. Would recommend them to everyone. Worth every $$
