We have used Vicki Pollard and the team at Woodards Bentleigh to sell two properties, the most recent being earlier this year (2018).From our first meeting with her she has been professional, honest and approachable making the sales process much easier and stress free.She listened to our needs, gave us great advice and was in contact throughout the entire sales campaign giving us regular updates.Come auction day, John Pollard did an amazing job as auctioneer getting us a fantastic price.I highly recommend Vicki as an agent and if we ever need to sell again I will definitely being going straight to her!Thank you Vicki, John and the entire team at Woodards Bentleigh.

It is a real DISAPPOITMENT to work with Woodards.By misleading me before signing the exclusive authorization, the agent pushed you to make much more payment than discussed before.All the quotation is over expected and not as discussed in the proposal, and now they are WASTING MY TIME AND MONEY by doing nothing and refuse to cancel the authorization.The agent staff have emphasised that it is very possible to achieve the schedule, but from my side, I don't like very possible"

My mother attempted to try sell our house through this branch. They made numerous promises and guarantees(I was present at all meetings), I was even told of 5 parties interested in the property. On the day there was not one bid at the auction and our reserve was well below market price even though we were told people were extremely interested. We decided to use another local real estate agency we left the reserve price consistent, we ended up exceeding our reserve by over $100k. Unprofessional, dishonest, untrustworthy. Avoid at all costs!!!

Refused to provide a definitive price to purchase a property prior to auction. Eventually purchased at auction, obviously higher. However they later forgot what day the settlement was on & the final inspection was literally at the same time as the settlement. Various issues with the property which Vicky claimed were fixed at the final inspection. However 2 hours after settlement when returned to the property all were back not working again. She even agreed would be fixed later to avoid canceling the settlement. Then later refusing anything responsibility. Even stated she did so much because removed the vendors personal junk in the garage (after i requested this). It is your responsibility to have removed. The purchaser should not require a favour to have removed. Personally would avoid this firm. Rather unethical. On the auction day one of their staff consistently was telling me to “keep bidding, bid $5k more, bid another $5k you nearly have him etc”The now neighbour can even recall this occurring on the day. Are confident this type of action are against Australia real estate standards... just do your research first. To top it off, the fee to fix the final inspection problems are $300-$500 and not a major expense. It is the principle of the matter!

I cannot recommend Ben and Ryan highly enough. Their professional manner and their sensitive approach to selling my mothers home made the whole process relatively stress free. Communication was great through the whole process. Thank you!Also thank you to Vicki for coming to support us on the day. It meant a lot to mum.
