Have used this place 5 times for various repairs and always solved the problem at minimal cost. Miele quoted $300 to replace a chord and Tony did it for $88 in 3 days

I brought my Breville Oracle Touch in for a service after 4 years of working perfectly. Within a month of the service it has packed in. It sounded as though it had a steam leak from the time I picked it up but thought this might be ok as he is supposed to be an authorised service centre for Breville. Here's a tip go to Balwyn instead, at least the job will be done right.

Got my coffee machine for repair to this shop. Really unfriendly guy. The coffee machine was not fixed like he says. He got really mad with me when I called him and told the machine is still not working. Just say poor customer services.

Needed parts for my Breville Dual Boiler coffee machine. Not only did Toby have these on hand but was really professional and the price was almost half what I would have paid online!
