The Complete Coach really makes sense when you start working with Andrew. He really considers the whole picture.I was looking to get into shape having neglected my fitness for a few years. I was struggling with a busy work schedule and new dad duties.I have lost the best part of 10 kgs over three months and I am stronger, happier and leaner than I have been for some time.I have really enjoyed working with Andrew for several reasons:1. FlexibilityOn the occasions I do need to change a session it’s always easy. Makes life easy.2. SustainabilityAndrew is really considered in thinking about putting together a plan that I can sustain. He takes the time to really understand what is feasible for me.3. PersonalisationEvery step of the way, Andrew has been sensitive to introducing things that will work. For example, he did not push me to start counting calories or radically changing my diet but rather gave me a few simple principles for nutrition that have really worked.4. VarietyNo session is the same. Andrew is always adjusting based on what he is seeing.5. LearningHeavy lifting in the gym is new to me but Andrew gives me just enough info to understand the science without it becoming overwhelming.6.HolisticMost trainers I have met have been pretty no pain no gain types. Andrew is different and really considers the compete picture like how you are sleeping or how your stress levels at work are. It’s super refreshing and supportive.And lastly, it’s great fun with plenty of banter and laughs along the way.

I have been training with Andrew for a few years. I have had a few trainers. He is by far the best with working with my injuries. He listens and still manages to push me but appropriately. I have lost weight, become fitter and gained skills with my boxing. I am lucky to have found him.

Andy has been my trainer for the past 5 years. In that time I’ve transformed from a skinny 59kg to a lean strong 80kg, Using his knowledge on nutrition and (bodybuilding) training has helped me a lot but also has taught me so much. His training programs are fun and enjoyable but still making me put the work in. He even helped me with my rehab and get me back to lifting heavy after a bad car accident. He really is the complete coach!! ;)

I’ve been training with Andrew for almost 6 years now. Prior to Andrew I had cycled through a number of PTs, who adopted a one-size-fits-all approach to fitness, and made achieving my goals seem all too hard and unattainable. Andrew has a wealth of knowledge, and a practical approach to training without compromising results. Through different milestones (like wedding prep, pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation) he’s adapted our training to suit my changing needs (and lifestyle). I always enjoy training sessions with Andrew - over six years, no two sessions have ever been the same/repeated, and Andrew’s quick wit means your core gets a workout from laughing alone.

Andy’s knowledge with not only training but also rehab is incredible. Knows how to motivate you also. Fixed a lot of bad techniques I had helping to prevent more injuries while also gaining a lot of strength.Great for cardio also and is very sharp at teaching boxing.

I've been training with Andrew for about 2 years now. In that time, we've gone through recovery (from a back injury) focusing on mobility, core and stretching, then adding boxing, HIIT and weights training into the mix.Andrew has phenomenal knowledge of how the body works and has passed on a significant amount of knowledge to me around nutrition, routine and general mobility and I'm in the best shape I've ever been in. If you're looking for a rounded trainer to achieve short, medium and long term goals, I thoroughly recommend Andrew and The Complete Coach.Great environment, top notch equipment and a great motivator.

It took me a long time to find a PT who understood the difference between training a woman vs a man, how to build strength especially since having had a baby and who understood my lifestyle and energy requirements. Andy is brilliant in all areas and he shows a genuine care for not only how we train, but why and when. I have received great nutritional advice, training tips and information on how to achieve my goals. If you want a trainer who will both get you the physical results you want while building your health and designing a program specifically for you, then you must go to the complete coach
