Went to get my watch battery replaced, probably took 10min max and I was quoted $21.95 which I think is pretty dang reasonable for a mid-tier fashion watch.

Went in for a battery change on remote. The guy was sullen and told me it would be 15mins. No one else was there. He then proceeded to do other things and then when he looked at the remote, he rather rudely told me he didn't have the battery. No explanation or apology. Hopeless customer service. This is not the 1st time I have had bad service here.Went across to Michael's Keys near Big W. What a difference. Fabulous customer service and it was done quickly and cheaper than what I would had to pay at Mister Mint.Michael's Keys has got my business now. Mister Mint you need to improve your customer service. I

Today i went to this shop to get a new car key and remote for my Hyundai. The salesperson there charge me $270 dollars for a copy of the carkey and remote. When I went back to my car neither the car key or the remote work.  The salesperson did mention that he is still learning and he has done it a couple of times. I asked for a refund at first, then he looked at the till and he said he doesn't have enough cash. I said no worries refund the money in my car as I paid with my visa card.  He said he has no idea how to do that as well. And to finish he told me I can't get a refund !. How come? I believe I am entitled to a refund due to the product is faulty/ not working, the person that made it it's not qualified I believe and also i believe you have an obligations and responsibilities with the Australian customer law. I would like to get my $270 returned into my bank account.

I cannot believe the quality and pride of work of these guys. Absolutely the best work I've had done on either work or dress shoes in a decade. I'd never thought of using a Mister Minit for shoe work, but it's hands down the best experience I've had. The chap at Gungahlin was beyond helpful and returned my daily driver shoes that have clicked and clanked all over the outback for the last 2 years back to life.Polished, resoled, and leather repaired to perfect condition. Couldn't ask for more for a more reasonable price.Cheers to the bloke running the shop at Gungahlin!

Great service, got a new spare key for my Mazda at a fraction of the cost of the dealer quote. Also got 3 other keys cut perfectly. Will definitely be back again.

Waited 10 minutes until guy returned. Then he was so rude, like i was bothering him when he returned. Extremely poor customer service. I do not recommend this store.

Attended wanting the battery in my Tissot watch replaced. Was told five to ten minutes. I left and returned to find that my expensive watch had been left on the counter (and no one in the store) which could easily have been stolen. The worker came back with food a few minutes after and proceeded to scratch up my watch and was unable to change the battery.
