Steel Window Design

We recently used Steel Window Design on an Architectural home in Melbourne. We have used other steel window manufacturers in the past, which do not compare to Steel Window Design. The dimensional accuracy, weld finish, paint finish, mounting hardware, and communication was excellent. There are suppliers who may appear cheaper, but they are not comparable.

The quality and finish of the doors and their installation have given my home absolute class.From the start with dealing with Samantha, I just knew I was dealing with the right people from there professionalism. The showroom enabled me to see the products available in person and the quality of SWD’s doors. I also had an opportunity to see actual completed installations with one being St. Ali’s in South Melbourne. Not to mention a few high-profile works that can be seen through SWD’s website. I like the 'old school designs' and SWD can make these if wanted which reminds me of the types of doors in Greece. I also appreciated that in seeing their workshop it felt good knowing that the doors are 100% Australian made keeping local people employed.Megan did an excellent job drawing all the doors up which made it easy for my builder to build the frames for a spot-on finish.The onsite installation completed by Dan and his team, was simply highly professional. I researched my options prior to selecting SWD, but once I attended their workshop, I just knew that I landed the right company to build my steel doors.Not to forget James and Dan, who came and did an onsite measure prior to installation to ensure all was good. I cannot forget the glazier Brendon who completed all the glazing. It was a whole team approach which gave me confidence that the installation process would go well knowing the job was being completed by professionals.Thank you all again at SWD.I have absolutely no hesitation based on my experience in recommending you to others.
