I got an iced mocha and was 50% ice, 30% whipped cream and 20% actual drink. Considering it was $6, I wouldn't go there again. The mushroom pie was okay but nothing special.

This is by far the best vietnamese roll I have had in a long time. The roll was so fresh and crunchy. The price was on point as well. Amazing!

Best bahn mi you can find in Perth. Fresh and delicious! The bread is toasted well and there is a lot of filling and vegetables. Also a great variety of meats to choose from.

Don't go here if you have a job and want to be served. They move you from one area to line up behind people who got there later than you. And while you wait patiently they let whoever else rocks in order first. Knowing that you're there waiting. Bye, lunch break. Thanks for nothing.

The grilled beef bahn mi is amazing, the bread is really fresh and there’s just the right amount of chilli and salad.
