Jolly Swagman Motor Inn Euroa

I phoned to book a room and the man wanted to charge the credit card over the phone before I even got there. I said, I will pay when I arrive but he refused and said no pay now over the phone. I then said, can't you charge me upon arrival, he said no again. He then said I cancel you booking and hung up the phone on me. I have never experienced an Asian person treat a customer like this, very rude and abrupt just like the other person experiencing the same treatment in the review.

Good, clean comfortable, only let down is the WiFi doesn't work in room 11 so of you're on a business trip and need your computer, kindly decline room 11.

Friendly and pleasant manager. Room clean, modern and comfortable. Everything you need...iron, board, hair dryer, tea n coffee. Fridge stocked with bottled water n juice. Bed a little firm, otherwise a lovely stay.

Great value for money. Very comfortable and clean roomsStaff were friendly and helpful.

The room was beyond expectations. So often, motels are a bit less than you hope for, but this one had everything. Clean and comfortable and everything supplied to make the stay perfect. I would come back for the magnificent shower rose.

The check-in was rapid as was access to the room. The room was spacious, well maintained and of high quality furniture, fittings and decor, especially the bathroom. For better than the normal run of dreary motels and a pleasant surprise.

Perfectly clean. Dont know about the wisard curtains or the koala picture in your face in bed but it added a laugh which is priceless.

(Stayed Mid December 2019)Delightful staff upon arrival, nice clean room, no odours, clearly has been recently renovated or refurbished which makes the rooms delightful to stay in. Even managed to lay by the pool and read for a bit. I do a lot of trips for work, and stay in rural motor inns - they are rarely this standard.

We didn't stay due to the rude man in the office. We went into the office to see if there were any vacancies and he quoted $30 more than the website price. I told him that I would book it through the website and he said the website price was for one person only?? We asked if we could see the room before we paid and he VERY, VERY RUDLY REPLIED NO". Never in our lives have we ever been greeted like that in a hospitality environment! We tried the other motel in town and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant. We had a look around town and ate dinner at the pub and couldn't fault that either so we were so glad we didn't keep driving after our initial experience at the Jolly Swagman Rudeman Motel."

My stay was timely [broke a very long journey to Melbourne]. From there it a stone's throw to Melbourne, thus not having to arrive in the Big Smoke during afternoon peak hour traffic.The unit was clean and tidy.... as always.Management was very friendly and informative.The township is quaint... compared to what I am used to.Euroa's Jolly Swagman Motor Inn has been my place of choice as a stop-over for some years and the change of ownership [a couple of years ago] was obviously a smooth transition.
