The receptionist is just so unprofessional with the patients, extremely rude. The Dr that i visited did not even know how to write a referral letter to a specialist anyone could have written a better one. Lack of interest on my condition and implying that I was not telling the truth of my symptoms. I will not be returning. Do not recommend.

Booked online no hassles and no waiting. Dr Chan is not one of those doctors looking for volume thru the door. Dr Chan has always taken the time to discuss the issues of the day and discuss treatments options. Very happy with Dr Chan.

Following on from M C (Local Guide)'s review:I have to agree that this medical centre is uncaring and lacking in empathy. I think most patients look for reassurance from their doctors, but the ones here definitely lack a caring touch. Dr Colin Chan does seem a little rough, not personable and lacking in bed side manners. Dr Zhen Yu Xu is more gentle.The consultation seems rushed and I have seen better doctors. I will only come here if you lack time. Otherwise, its better to wait and see a better doctor.Futhermore, the receptionist was telling her 'life' story to everyone in the reception area (in attempt to make conversation?) I think a little unprofessional.

I have been attending this practice for a while now and on every encounter they have been more than compassionate and helpful. Many times I have been going through mental health and rough times and I always feel very supported and like they listen and care when I am there. Dr Chan has never failed to show empathy and understanding no matter the situation and goes above and beyond to try and find a solution to help. Reception are always lovely and very helpful. I recommend this practice 100%. Thank You

This place is CASH ONLY. They ask first do you have $50 or $80 for 15 minutes $50 and for 1/2 an hour $80 and they send first for withdraw money and then they will start treatment even my 18 months baby crying that day she send me first deposit $50 and then they will start treatment because I don't have cash that day.Very slow service,Behavior of receptionist is very poor! She always feel irritated, So rude and over smart ,She doesn't know what costumer service is !This place will be better if they swap their receptionist to well trained ones.I wish there was a 0 star that is what your centre deserve for your Medical service.This place should be shut down, the staff, in particular the woman at reception are rude. I have never been treated so poorly in my entire life. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!!You don't even 0 star to be honest. Booked an appointment at 10:45am on 17th Feb. as reception when reached, asked to wait for a while but end up waiting nearly 2hrs.... still waiting my 18 months baby crying but No response by receptionist when I ask how long it will takes " and she told me Dr. Busy with another patient. So that day I cancel my appointment came without any treatment."

Good doctors; they listen and communicate well! and a good receptionist as well! A good clinic for a bulk billed service

I was so shocked when this place dr.chan asked me whether i want check ups and told me that if i do then it will cost more. Afterall he didn’t even check the hips and balls, fever.During the consultation he is always in rush, seems like he wants to kick out as soon as possible.This place is CASH ONLY.

I've been coming here ever since I moved into the area and I've been nothing but happy. Dr Chan and Dr Xu are great doctors, very informative and thorough, and on time. The longest I've had to wait for is 10-15 minutes, and that was just once throughout the 3 years I have been coming here. The reception has been great too, very friendly. I'm actually a bit confused and surprised by the bad reviews here.

I have had good experience with Dr Marufa Mahbub. She was caring, gentle and knowledgeable.

Since first attending this practice a few years ago my husband and I don’t go anywhere else. The reception staff are friendly, helpful and kind and Dr Colin Chan is a fantastic doctor he is a very knowledgeable and helpful Doctor to both my husband and I over the years. My husband past away 4 months ago and Dr Colin Chan has been extremely supportive positive and kind and has been truly helpful during my grieving process. If your looking for a caring Doctor where your treated with care and not just as a Medicare number rushed through your consultation then I Highly recommend iHealth medical Kogarah.
