Absolutely disgraceful service. I don’t even know where to startIve applied for dozens of properties over the last 20 odd years and NEVER have I ran into a company that operates in such a disgusting way as Multi Dynamics.We can let it slide maybe the fact that the emails have the wrong addressesOf properties or even the fact they display the companies email address with sleeping mistakes, but it gets way way worse.We asked multiple times to view the rental property at west beach without any confirmation that we could do this without paying 2 weeks rent in advance AND 6 weeks Bond (to show we were keen)We applied anyway and were sent an email saying. “Congratulations” your application has been accepted, and you can collect the keys on Tuesday 22nd of November (today)We then replied, we don’t feel comfortable paying that 8 weeks in advance ($2880) without being allowed to see the property at all.Multi dynamics (Martin) replies… you can see it Monday the 21st (the day before picking up the keys) oh and now he wants to show TWO new couples through also……This company has wasted now 3 weeks of our time in which we could have been trying to find somewhere else to live after selling out property and settlement being mid December we have less than 3 weeks.Of course I can’t wait for the response from multi dynamics to try And justify this, but my partners email to them will be published soon after to show exactly what we dealt with.
