Smaller store without as much variety, but the male staff member always has the worst attitude here. Everything is a burden to him and for someone who chooses to work at a retailer who caters to children and adults of all ages, really seems to hate kids

First time ordering from this store. Mark was very helpful with my order, there was an initial error and he rectified this issue within 4 hours. i absolutely LOVE This store, one of my favourite Eb games stores, way better than Eb games Castle hill and Eb games Rouse hill. Beautifully done store at a beautiful area of penrith.
