Had some kerb rash on the wheels and Schmick approved the repairs and so Jake came along and did a wonderful job on the wheels. Jake was professional and passionate towards his work. Highly recommended..!! Keep up the good work…!

Amazing repair works to my front and back bumper scratches. Very good communication from both the office staff and the repair staff. Special thanks to Ben (the repair staff whom worked on my car). Ben came all the way from the North Coast and showed up at my Brisbane home extra early in the morning so he had enough time to finish the job properly. I was absolutely impressed with the amount of prep works he did to just fix 3 scratches on my car. The end result was amazing. Even though it was repair works, I feel like I now have a set of new front and back bumpers!! Ben was an absolute wizard at his craft (and a really professional and friendly bloke). Thank You!! The whole process took almost two months. I lodged my repair request on the 01/7 and the technician came 28/7. There was some difficulty with locating my membership number due to some misunderstanding, however, Anthony was very professional and went above and beyond to help us secure our repair appointment. After that issue was rectified, the lovely booking team promptly organised the soonest repair date. It was a long wait time, over a month. The original scheduled repair date was 21/7, but the technician, Ali, cancelled the appointment the day before with no call notification, only by text. I didn't receive it until the day of the appointment but thankfully the booking team were nice to reschedule the repair on the fellowing week.The technician, Rabih, was very friendly. He was very professional and accommodating. I had a busy afternoon schedule and he finished the repair at a very reasonable time - less than an hour. The final result was also excellent, it looked brand new. Overall, super happy with the superb service.

Technician today was absolutely fantastic. How someone can turns (before pic) in to (after pic) is beyond me. I would totally recommend these guys, I feel like I have my brand new car back. Great job !!!!

Great communication by staff and assessor. Damage was initially assessed as out of the scope of my membership, this due to the dent being to large for our mobile technicians to repair on site. This was due to a lack of understanding on my part in describing and only estimating the size of damage. Within a short time of querying the requirements, I was contacted directly by an assessor who discussed conditions with me. A technician attended to assess the damage and as a result went ahead with the repair (despite being just outside the 6cm dent limitation). I couldn't be more pleased with taking out the cover with Schmick, the communication and time taken by staff to sort the matter out and explain the terms, and with the repair result. Highly recommend and value for money.

David was on time. Very professional. Answered all my questions. He was lovely to deal with and did an awesome job on my rims. He spent an hour each wheel to clean and repair all the scratches. Very good service by Ali, would recommend Schmick to anyone. Had a scratch to my front bumper and they matched the colour (Mazda soul red crystal) perfectly. End result is seamless, they are fast and easy to talk to.
