Very poor customer service. Our dresser completely fell apart. All the draws fell out. We have a baby crawling about and koala have been useless. It’s a real safety hazard and they keep telling us - we will fix it - but we don’t know when as we don’t have the parts. They won’t replace it or refund us - even though it’s only 9 months old.They’ve not sent anyone to look at it - very poor quality. It’s already been replaced once for a different issue. Poor quality - I would avoid.

I spend more than $5000 I received side lamp damage, side table legs damage, study chair also arrive damage,and low heights, cant even reach studuy desk shold be 50cm they sent me video in shop display item video everyday customer sit on it over 2 years koala living compare new item to display item our one 44cm screw keep falling off also fabric damage this morning i received mail chair is not damage they said I leave all the photo here please people.sent me msj im wrong or right I'm bit scared becouse still same of item in layby

I would give a 0 if I could.This company lied to me about my purchase and then when the problem they caused was escalated, they did nothing to help me!Will never recommend them and I’m disgusted with how I was treated as a customer.

Had an amazing experience at the Koala store in Maribyrnong. Great staff along with a stunning collection and a quick delivery of our chosen items!

I bought Tessellated Antique Gold Square Mirror from them which shows amazingly bad reflections making a wall of my living room eyesore. I took a little bit of time to fix them on wall and soon realized that reflections don't look good. When I tried writing the review on their site, my negative review just does not show up. So, I informed them about bad quality product and inability to write review, without asking for return/refund. Their reply was so condescending that why I didn't report earlier and I should check the product before creating holes in the wall, decorative mirrors are not supposed to have good reflections etc etc. Bottom line is that usually their products are good, however, if you ever have to deal with their customer service, it's 3rd class. This review is more towards their customer service. Adding a couple of photographs of distorted images from the mirror.

Worst ever online customer service experience and zero help at all. Really disappointed and frustrated with the whole service and the way they deal with customers looks like they don’t care and don’t even want to do sales. buy a thing for 400$ and pay deliveries fee of 600$ no other options or even no proper justification despite placing a oder worth of $5k, get a response don’t proceed with order but we can’t do anything to fix this or help.

We had a wonderful experience today especially with the staff assisting us with various price queries and product questions. Prakash is who assisted us with our first purchase and we are very happy with his service. Will be back for more shopping soon.
