I was very impressed with the customer service that I have received. I called on a Saturday morning and they were able to send technician to fix my door in just 3 hours. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable, and he fixed the problem on the first call. He even had the parts on hand, so I didn't have to wait for them to be ordered. I would highly recommend this company if you want garage door repair or opener installation service, because first they understand the problem and quote very affordable prices.

Highly recommend this organisation. Responded quickly, was able to retreive my car from garage, make temporary repairs to door, order a replacement garage door, supply correct paperwork for successful insurance claim. At all times kept us informed with progress and were courteous and respectfull at all times. Most of all, price was excellent.

Jonathan is a reliable and deliver good work on time. I used his service twice this year. First time was replacing 2 new remotes and re-coding. Second time was to order complete new garage doors. Both time, he was very responsive and offered me reasonable quotations. He ordered parts and installed well with good craftsmanship for my investment properties. After full payments, he still very willing to return to help me to adjust and to re-calibrate the doors....good customer service. thank you Jonathan
