Got Drinks delivered tonight got one VB delivered instead of the 3pack ordered called the store ...he took full responsibility WHAT a FANTASTIC team member he is an asset ..best service I have gotten from BWS BRASSALL in 2years. Good on ya mate!!!! U deserve it...

Provided 2 types of government official Id and was still refused service, when my friend went to grab their Id they didn’t bother to look and refused service aswell. Mind you we are both nearly 20 and 21. Guy was beyond rude, have never had this problem before and I’m quite disgusted. I will not be going back and do not recommend.
