We needed to fix a badly damaged shower floor. We were quoted for this but alerted to the fact that the whole bathroom floor may need to be redone, depending on the extent of the damage. It didn’t end up being the case, and we appreciate that Dan never tried to upsell and convince us that a whole new bathroom was required.The Dan and Sandra team could not be better. Communication was friendly and excellent. Dan’s work absolutely meticulous. His presence in the house was unobtrusive. He took care to not track in dirt. Dan always arrived when we were expecting him, and we were advised of any changes greater than a few minutes. He has transformed the shower and we are very grateful. Dan and Sandra just completed a kitchen splashback for us in Launceston. The job has come up beautiful. Dan is a stickler for detail and makes sure things are just right. He takes a lot of pride in his work. Clean, tidy and professional and what's more the whole process was smooth as silk. They turned up when they said they would, they sent the quote when they said they would and managed our expectations really well. It was only a relatively small job, but it ran as these things are meant to run. Highly recommended
