The young blonde girl on the counter is rude and shouldn’t be on the front counter. Some staff are happy, some shouldn’t be there, I walked out to go somewhere else, service level zero.

always an easy experience to visit the vets here.on our recent holiday our pet sitter had the easiest time accessing the vets for our dogs medication and advice. thanks again for the care our pets receive.

I take my two boxers there nurses and vets are really nice every time I go there. Front reception woman who been working there for over 10 years is really nice and helpful

They sold my son a rescue cat, told him it was well behaved.After 4 weeks my son had to return the cat as it was literally feral and aggressive towards everyone in his house.We took the vet to 2 different vets in Wollongong and both vets said this cat should not have been sold as it has bad behaviour issues.Kiama vet reluctantly took it back. The only nice thing I can say is the young receptionist was lovely, whilst the vet stuck around the corner and scurried off when we spotted her.

Kiama vet is an exceptional place. Highly recommend this vet for check ups and during difficult time for when you have to say goodbye. My experience with the vet was beyond my expectations, when we had to say goodbye to my best friend of 15 years they allowed my whole family to spend her last moments together outside and waited till we were ready. Staff were so compassionate and caring during our greving moment. I couldn't of asked for a better send off of our family member.

I needed some assistance obtaining treatment for a critically ill calf. All staff were flat out on that day and yet they could not have been more helpful. The calf has made a full recovery. Well done KVC.
