I went in to get a tidy up of my eyebrows, I was very honest with Deepali with not wanting too much off as I am trying to grow them. She listened to what i had to say and completely stuck to the task. I am really pleased with my eyebrows and the great experience I had. It was also quick and she was really gentle. Will be returning.

My hairdresser recommended this store and after seeing the reviews I was sold! Dana has done my brow threading and tint twice now. She is excellent and very lovely.I also had a lash lift and tint and honestly it changed my life. If you are on the fence absolutely give it go.Being able to book online is also a huge bonus for me. Looking forward to coming back soon!

She shortened my eye Brows, removed hair unnecessarily from the corners too. The person who did my eye Brows today was awful!!! It hurt so much and I hate the shape so much!! She changed my perfectly fine Brows entirely to a different shape!!! And asked me if I need to change it. I mean after you've removed the hair how could you fix or change it???!! The moment it was done I was wishing that it would grow back soon. I really hope that it would grow again so I can get the nice shape again. The way she threaded was cutting into my skin too. Hope she didn't remove the roots as well.

I had the pleasure of having my brows done by Shreia (unsure how to spell correctly I'm sorry!) and she was kind, quick, friendly and listened and gave me exactly what I wanted. Will be back to see her next time!

Rosy takes interest in the shape of your eyebrows ! She wants them to look great on your face. She takes care. She welcomes feedback. It's a gentle process. And overall the service is professional.It's what I like. I will be back - again and again.

Do not ever come here to do your lashes, they do not differentiate any difference between eyelashes style, and apparently have very poor stock - master first of never asked for any length or curve that I prefer just stating the fact that they do not dramatic one which didn’t make any sense. Once she is done, I got to know that they only have straight lashes which only shows once you close your eyes lol.. and she also tried to teach me the difference between each type of lashes. Honestly just do not waste your money and time on eyelashes extension here.. there are much better salons which care and ask opinion or result that client wants to achieve before starting

I have been going here for a while. And would have given them 4 stars. But I received a text offering me $20 off for “birthday month”. When I tried to use it they said it wasn’t my birthday month. It wasn’t. However they sent me a voucher so honour it. Won’t be back, on principle. If the service had been that good I’d overlook it. But it wasn’t. I had a truly terrible set of false eyelash put on the month before by an incompetent technician.

The prices and the people are lovely. But i went in for a lash lift and honestly, they look the same. There was no lift and i look just as bland as I walked in which sucks. For $65 (the sale price) its not worth it.

I was recommended here by a friend a last year and I love it. All the staff are lovely and so friendly. I see Rosie and she is AMAZING!!! She puts so much care into my eyebrows and nails them every time! They now even do lash lifts, which Rosie did for me the other day and turned out incredible. I'll definitely get them done there again!
