I've been coming here and getting my eyebrows threaded for years, and I won't be returning. One of my eyebrows are too thick, the other is practically shaved off. Lady took off half my eyebrow in the centre and the tails, then blamed it on my eyebrows being too thick, then too sparse, then too curly. A bad technician blames their tools. When I mentioned the patchiness and loose hairs left, they laughed. I am devastated and utterly disappointed, I'm too embarrassed to leave the house now because of how bad they are.

After sitting down in the chair, the lady immediately starting trimming my brows and would not let me move when I tried to stop her and let her know how I like my brows done. After looking the mirror I noticed she had taken my tails off leaving me with short brows, after expressing my concern she told me that’s how they were before she started.I have been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience. Super unhappy with the outcome and I don’t think I’ll be returning.

So my daughter went today to get her eyebrows threaded. Normally she has the same lady , however she has not seen her all week and was desperate so decided to have someone else in the main shop do her brows. The worst job ever. Not even at all. Not even on the same height. Took a pic, to show when we are there next time if we return. You can't fix something like this. She now will have to wait for them to fully grow out. More staff training is required. Bad for business.

I've been getting my eyebrows done at Minu Threading shops for almost 4 years and couldn't be happier.Big shout out to Shipra at the Innaloo kiosk. Her service is high standard, attentive and consistent. She was able to listen exactly what I wanted with my eyebrow threading and henna tinting and she delivers every single time. Highly recommended.
