Goomburra Valley Campground

A really mixed bag experience. The campgrounds are lovely, the facilities mostly clean and the owners (particularly Teresa) for the most part are quite lovely. However we did note some issues which made the experience less enjoyable.The bathrooms have very limited privacy with no door from roughly knee high down. I felt really uncomfortable in the unisex amenities when the womens amenities were in use, and had children peeking under the doors more than once. The doors may be legal (as per another review) but it doesn't make them acceptable, safe or private.The creek side campsites are insanely small, with campers jammed in right next to each other. For a campground with strict noise policies and that touts themselves as bush camping at it's best

What a great campground! The owners Teresa and Brad provide wonderful customer service from the moment you pull up to the moment you leave. Such a lovely couple who provide a beautiful and relaxing space to enjoy. The amenities were so clean…the cleanest we’ve ever come across in all our years of camping. Everything was well maintained. Such a lovely vibe and so close to fantastic walking trails (thanks for the tip Brad!). Will definitely book again in the near future.

We had a wonderful time at Goomburra Valley. Brad and Teresa were excellent hosts. They cared that we enjoyed ourselves and they took great care of the campground. The amenities were clean and there was plenty to do from relaxing with a good book in the picturesque setting, swimming, bike riding, feeding the chooks or sitting around the campfire chatting. We took our dog and he was made very welcome too. I thoroughly recommend Goomburra Valley Campground. We will be back!

We had a lovely stay here, so peaceful surrounded by nature and bird life. Teresa and Brad are wonderful hosts. You don't feel like you need to be anywhere else once you set up here. Our kids had fun exploring, climbing logs and swimming in the creek. Everything was kept so clean and tidy. A nice quiet campground highly recommend if you’re seeking to unplug for a little while. We will definitely be back

Goomburra Valley is a bush camping area situated on Dalrymple creek. All tap water is drinking unless otherwise indicated. There are powered and unpowered sites and these are available for the same price. Flushing toilets, hot showers. Plenty of Birdlife and nocturnal animals.

Goomburra Valley Campground is a great place for camping. Sites are a decent size for a tent and gazebo, and pet friendly which is always great. We unfortunately had a bit of a bad run of neighbours - but nothing to do with Management who were perfectly lovely and gave us a great introduction to the camground by walking us around and showing us all the facilities/landmarks etc. We stayed in December so the swimming areas were a lovely addition. Will not hesitate to go back.

Honestly I could not recommend this place enough. It was out 3rd time visiting, and we intend on continuing to do so. From the moment you enter, you are greeted by the friendliest people on earth. The scenery is perfect, most camp sites are not just near the creek but right next to it. There is plenty to do and plenty of facilities to make your camping experience as convenient as possible.Unfortunately there was a bit of complication with the check in and check out time, to which we mucked the owners around a bit this morning. Though they expressed their frustrations, they were accommodating. And I do deeply apologize to Brad and Theresa for the complication and mucking them aroundIf you are looking for a family friendly holiday or a romantic get-a-way, goomburra valley campsite should be at the top of your camp site bucket list. You won't regret It. And Theresa and Brad... Thank you again for another amazing stay. Keep up the hard work and thank you for your continuous contribution to making camping great again.
