A HUGE thank you to Fetchapet Pet Taxi. Our treasured cat, Teeny, was booked in for surgery right at time myself and two children were infected with Omicron virus. Cancelling his appointment was not an option due to the urgent nature of his surgery, so we reached out to Fetchapet Pet Taxi and explained our situation and asked if they would be willing and able to collect our cat and drop him to the vet on our behalf. Jann and Paul were so helpful, reassuring and supportive and they immediately got everything organised efficiently. They performed a COVID safe contactless pick up of Teeny and safely delivered him to our vet. We received excellent communication before, during and after the service and it was such a relief knowing that our cat was in safe hands and the only pet in the taxi. Teeny suffers from anxiety when he is put into his pet transport cage and I would have been so stressed if he was in the taxi with other dogs and cats barking and meowing. Instead, he had a peaceful solo trip listening to opera music! Our vet was equally impressed with their professionalism and genuine care for the safety of pets in their care. Thank goodness for Fetchapet!
