Please avoid this hair dresser at all cost! I normally don't write reviews but for this time, I just have to. I feel that giving them a 1 star rating is too generous to them. If there's zero or negative rating, I would rate them so and they really deserve it. I normally go to my usual hairdresser in Bentley, but they were closed. So I decided to try this one (bad choice). I told the hairdresser that I normally cut a 3 for top and 2 for side, with 1 being the shortest and 5 being the longest. He told me 3 is very short. So I decided to go for 4 first, in case if it's still too long, he can still trim it down to 3. His 4 for my top is like a 2 and his 3 for my side is like a 1. He just butchered my hair with the shaver, without using the scissors at all. There's still some long sideburns left, which he missed with his shaver. I could have done this kind of haircut myself without paying him. Calling him a hairdresser is an insult to other hairdressers.

Told the lady to trim the top with scissors and she then proceed to cut the top and fringe so short it might as well been shaved. I am not sure whether to laugh or cry at the service.

My mates and I have been going here for years and it's fantastic every time. Staff are super friendly and the owner even cuts hair there. Highly recommended and only $15 as of 30/03/2023

These people should not be working and need to be closed down, I do not believe they have any qualifications to cut hair and use the excuse I don't speak English " when you try to let them know that the haircut is not what you asked for. If they do not speak English how are they understanding their clients what the client wants? Absolute joke of a business that just rips people. Please do not go there you will do a better job yourself at home."

A friend of mine went for a haircut & sideburns trimmed, terrible job, the lady did one side, it looked ridiculous & barely touched the other & left long whispy bits of hair, when he asked her to fix it she just kept saying, we don't do that. Prices have increased, men's $15 women's $18, girls from 12 years also $18.

$10 haircut, can't complain much, though they do a pretty good job for just $10. you put in a $10 note (or $20) into the machine outside the store, grab a number, and wait for it to be called. the mostly friendly staff are nice enough to find change for you. but if not, and you have 2 tickets .. you can use it some other time.

Cheap for haircut. Staff are nice. Not the old shop which is opposite, I think the owner is not the same either but still Chinese who can speak Cantonese, Mandarin and English. Next by the Post office

worst $15 is useless they not professional haircut but they learn not fully certificate they international oversea. its waste my money so you should go other same price they professional true salon haircut. i will never go that anymore. my hair is like look wrong plus mess. im sad i use hat cover my hair. crazy
