Very prompt and friendly reception when the car was assessed with a very good description of what had to happen.When Michael had the clearance from Alliance a finish time of 4 days was stated and got my car back in a spick and span condition on the dot.Both Michael and Tony were great blokes to do business with.Thank you very much.

I was so pleased with the repairs to my car and also to get inside my car and to find that they detailed inside my car. They also gave it a good polish it was so good. If some one ask if l know who does panel beating l would not hesitate to recommend them. Thanks a lot guy.

Responsive and thorough professional workmanship for a damaged front panel and headlight - two and a half days later, voila a new looking car.Unlike a previous panel beater, the owner would not commit to a time for completion (even possibly running over the weekend) citing his limited labour resource. While in the end the repair was done in a typical 3 days (thank you), particularly if you dont have a backup vehicle, this attitude may affect your choice of repairer.Take note that they dont offer a credit card payment service and we had to pay the insurance excess over the phone to the insurer before collecting the vehicle.

I took my car in for a quote and the guy told me to come back another day when it was not raining, It was only a slight drizzle!!!!!He also said they would need my car for the whole day, I thought that was okay.So I drove out and up the road about fifty meters to Kalamunda smash repairs, they were happy to do the quote there and then and only took half an hour. I have had two cars fixed by A to Z and they did a good job but with that sort of attitude I will never go back there.

Went to get Michael to quote on fixing someone else's rubbish work. I drove away with the problem pretty much fixed, 30 minutes of elbow grease and he wouldn't accept any payment!! I've also had paint done by these guys before and their workmanship is second to none. Thoroughly recommended

RAC gave me 2 options or to suggest my own, after researching others, A to Z is one of the RAC recommended places, while the other recommendation in Midland is full of negative reviews, I chose Michael as he's local to me.First time having to go through this and Michael made it easy and quick to get a booking in, assess damage and the end result is perfect. It's like nothing ever happened to the rear of my car. (Minor rear end collision)The repaint job looks factory and I can't even tell it's been repainted in the affected areas, and the lower plastic trim was replaced and all installed back together correctly, nothing wrong I could see.Would definitely visit again for future woes even outside of insurance.

Brilliant communication throughout, Micheal is the most friendly and welcoming professional I've ever met in the car industry. My car came back before schedule and immaculately clean. Nothing was too much trouble, even my annoying questions after home time! Highly recommend and will definitely return if needed in the future.

Dropped past today with my recently purchased landcruiser with a rear door seal issue - has been at a dealership for the last 2 weeks and they couldn't fix the problem... They identified the problem, made necessary adjustments within 10 minutes and refused to take payment.As a local business owner myself, I understand value often lies not in the $ earnt for each individual job but in the goodwill and reputation of your business.These guys get it and I'd recommend them and will be straight back there if I need anything panel/ paint/ repairwise.Thanks again.
