Never again! So expensive and they dont stand behind their products. December 2019 my son paid $120 for a life proof iphone case. He used a soft cloth to wipe over it and a piece over the microphone came off. They accused him of pocking it with something! They refused to replace it, as it obviously is a manufactures fault. I will be taking this to Consumer Affairs

I don’t often right reviews, but bad service and not very friendly staff.The ‘fixed’ my screen (overpriced) and in doing so messed up the screen sensitivity. When I brought it back to them, they gave me attitude. And now that issue is fixed, my whole phone is over heating and shutting down.

NEVER EVER AGAIN !Flat out Rip Offs.Sell inferior iPhone screens that don’t last, then when you return the item they treat you as though you’re trying to rip them off.Just disgraceful.

Change the screen and hey charge $150 but damage with in days. Before you give your mobile to repair for them think twice. Worst in Darwin.

Use caution when going here. They advised they could fix a broken screen with no issues. They charged $385 for a screen repair however the fingerprints scanner now no longer works. When pointed out they stated 'we don't know how it goes until we change the screen'.

Bought two items and paid for it , later found they gave me wrong item and exchanged with the one asked for it . After all while paying they asked to pay extra mentioning $15 is minimum you can pay in machine. Very bad customer service done .
