the flower is beautiful but the customer service that I received is quite bad. A flower from the bouquet was damaged so I told the staff to change to another same type one. Instead of actually doing that, he suddenly took off the bouquet and said he did not want to sell it.

Flowers are not bad if you could ignore the 2cm caterpillar, loads of eggs and the moth-eaten roses.In general, I had a really decent wormy anniversary with my girlfriend :)Nice work, North Flowers & Gifts.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to Royal women’s hospital (1 block away from florist) and over 24 hours later they still have not been delivered. I have left multiple messages and emailed to chase delivery and no response has been returned. Seems very dodgy to me and obviously I am one very unhappy customer who is $100 out of pockets with no flowers received in return.

Last Minute Pick-Up from the great team at North Flowers. Cannot recommend them enough. Awesome arrangements, great variety, beautiful fresh flowers and very efficient dealings. I’ll be back!

Lovely flowers ! The only reason I m rating it two stars was the attitude of the person who attended when I visited the store after a on call shift for a pick me up . When asked how much the lotus flower pods ( a favourite of mine for arrangements ) were I received a “they’re too costly” and no further answer . Even if the person in question perceived I couldn’t afford it ( for whatever reason), I would have anticipated more politeness and less discrimination at a flower shop !! I regretted not responding instantly but was too shocked and hence this long winding review ..

The quality of flowers are fantastic if you personally come in to order and pickup from them. The bouquet I took home was beautiful.However, for Valentines Day this year, the experience was lacklustre. I personally went in store to book 2 days in advance for flowers to be delivered to home in the suburbs. I confirmed if they could make the bouquet and deliver, which they said yes. I was happy to pay, even when the delivery fee was quite high because I was expecting the kind of quality I had last time.On the day, the flowers came after 4pm, which ruined my plans for a nice surprise for my wife. Not only that, the flowers didn’t even come from North Flowers, it had a different florist’ name on it. The flowers were not fresh, nor close to what I ordered last time. I felt cheated that they used the money I paid and sub-contracted the work to another florist. It defeated the purpose of me actually making the trip to order from them in person, where I might as well order from those random florist websites to get the same result.Beware about having flowers delivered, I just want to share my experience with everyone.
