We have been with Redfox for over 4 years now. We have never had any issues with outages or speed that weren’t planned and already stated in a message to us. After cyclones or bad weather we had someone around to investigate and fix any connection issues and our internet was back up and running way before all the other providers. Locals supporting locals in business, with no hassles and good service. Good value plans.

We have had Redfox for nearly 8 years and that time we have never had an unresolved issues with this ISP. Any issue we have had has been dealt in a very professional and swift manner with now problems. Would recommend them over any other ISP we have had.

We use Redfox as field agents for our sites in Mackay as we do not have an IT footprint there. The team are amazing, right from scheduling to having them attend site.Our sites can consist of residential housing to Corporate offices. The team are very polite and efficient regardless of the environment. They are quick and very skillful and always resolve our IT related requests with professionalism.

Friendly staff and always helpful when needed help with my internet connection. Can’t recommend it enough best in Mackay, equal and maybe better than any provider in Queensland

Great team to talk to over the phone. I never have to wait to long for an operator and their support has been A+The wireless service works so much better then the NBN wireless which was retired for Redfox.I would recommend the free service check to see if you can be connected.The modem supplied with my plan is perfect for my house setup.

Removed my other review after complaining about poor speeds regarding the service, disingenuous company attempting to hide poor services. Go to telstra, they are the better alternative. 25mbps average on a 50mbps plan is poor compared to 40 with telstra. Avoid these guys.

After endless internet issues with one of the bigger providers, we jumped over to Redfox and have not looked back. They provide a great product that is reliable, and customer service and support that is second to none. Highly Recommended
