Asked for deep tissue massage, was charged for remedial and received a relaxation massage. I mentioned one specific area that I would like massaged and it was not done. At the end she suddenly realised she was out of time and quickly wiped the oil off in 5 secs and said okay

Worst ever feet massage. First time in my life I couldn't wait for it to finish.

Very unpleasant experience here yesterday. I had gone in for a 1 hour full body massage and she only massaged my back and legs. The masseuse was sick, constantly couching and sneezing. At one stage she sneezed on me and I felt her fluids hit my skin. No apology was given. She just blew her nose and returned to massaging. The towel was constantly pull off which left me cold and uncomfortable. I do not recommend this place.

My nephew and I had a 35 mins reflexology, I had a female therapist and he had a male both were fantastic, would definitely recommend it for tired shoppers wanting to relax.

Looking for a massage shop and found this one, was a bit confused by those extreme comments but gave it a go. My experience was great, it was a nice place to relax. I will return when i have time. Be fair I got to say everyone’s experience is unique, no matter what comments says, if you never try you’ll never know.At last, in my own opinion, I disagree with what Iris Lennon says and i think (Iris)=Rebecca Liu and Andrew Smith due to they are complaining the same staff same thing on the same date same time. Very comfortable, good service, can help me solve the problem.I have had pain through my shoulders, neck for a long time. This causes a lot of headaches and migraines.After the massage, I solved the problem. And the staff teach me what can I do at home.

How I have been treated by the receptionist Ramy in this shop today was merely unacceptable. To be honest, I feel like I am wasting time writing a review because I could see from my guts even the store manger “Clark” won’t care, otherwise a drama like this would have been prevented initially. Nevertheless, just a friendly reminder to who consider to visit this shop, think twice if you think customer service is important and not expected to ruin your experience which is supposed to be a massage retreat. I have kept a video recording of the whole incident, maybe worth sending it to the owners who are a nice couples purely for their reference to improve business.

Successful business is based on credibility and honesty. I notice that you have been putting some false good reviews to cover the bad ones, what a deceitful behavior. Dear Readers, could you please see the last 3 review on 19 September 2022 was posted at the same time by using similar wordings around the same time?Why don't you to sincerely apologize to customer and acknowledge their complaint if you did something wrong?Your customer service is so terrible to the point that I had to walk out from your shop due to the rudeness of your receptionist. Your massage therapist has been poorly trained, and it did give you a very sore back after going to your shop. Really don't know what is so good about this shop.The one near Big W is still bad but at least better than this one

Frank was exceptional during my massage today. He was very caring and paid extra attention to where my ache and pains were. You helped me understand a lot more about my body and what I can do to take care of myself. Thank you

Shocking experienceMy massage therapist was talking the entire time while messaging me.At first she was talking quietly with her colleagues in my massage cubical, then after 10 mins of talking, her colleagues walked out, and then continued to talk but raise there voices with there back and forwards conversation across the room.So you could imagine her loud voice in my ear the entire time- opposite to relaxingI could not switch off and relax at all.I'll also mention whilst she's in conversation the entire time to her colleagues, there was numerous times she was too busy talking and forgot to massage.Worst massage I've received and I will not be returning.
