This afternoon I went into this store with my Mum to buy a packet of Charcoal Pencils as seen on their website. We entered the store and was not greeted by the lady at the counter nor did she render any assistance.After a few minutes we asked if they had any of the item we were after and she said quite rudely No we don't sell art and craft items anymore" I said that the Charcoal Pencils are on your website. She said "We don't have any" then she returned to what she was doing. I will never to back to this store."
